Children's Online Privacy Protection

The online financial services offered through Northeast Family Credit Union Website are not designed for or directed toward children under age 13. The Credit Union does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children, and the Credit Union does not knowingly market to children online without express parental consent or notification. If the Credit Union receives online information from anyone that the Credit Union knows to be a child, the Credit Union will only use the information to respond directly to a child's request.

Northeast Family Credit Union recognizes that protecting children's identities and online privacy is important and that responsibility rests with the Credit Union and with their parents. If any member believes their child has provided personally identifiable information to us, they must contact the Credit Union so that we can allow the parent or guardian the opportunity to review and delete such information.
